Pico de Gallo, a super simple dip made from fresh tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice. ย When trying to turn my process into a recipe I realized, while it is very easy to make it, it is not as easy to turn into an actual method. ย This due to the different yields and flavors you get from the limes and tomato respectively.
Pico de Gallo
Pico De Gallo is one of the most versatileย condiments around. It is good alone, on fish, chicken and so much more.
